We started in Carrum Downs, a few minutes from Frankston, and we’re opening a second site in Narre Warren for businesses across the City of Casey. Both give you the same thing: a private, lockable office of your own, meeting rooms when you need them, and no twelve-month commercial lease hanging over the business.

Our original coworking space in Carrum Downs sits inside the Extreme Networks building, ten minutes from Frankston with direct access off Peninsula Link and EastLink. Private offices, meeting rooms, free on-site parking and unlimited tea and coffee, from $150 a week + GST. It runs full most of the year, so if nothing is vacant we’ll put you on the list.

Narre Warren — Opening Early 2027

Our second location brings 23 private, lockable offices to Narre Warren, most of them with natural light and around 50% larger on average than the Carrum Downs offices. Built for the small businesses and start-ups of Narre Warren, Berwick, Dandenong, Cranbourne and the wider City of Casey. Opening early-to-mid January 2027, subject to fitout completion.

Your own lockable private office, set up how you want it, with your name on the door. Month to month rather than a twelve-month commercial lease, and you can move into a bigger room in the same building as the team grows. Includes enterprise-grade internet, meeting room access, parking and unlimited tea and coffee.

Meeting Room Hire
A small meeting room for one-on-ones and interviews, and a large meeting room with projector and whiteboard for presentations, client sessions and team days. Hourly, half-day and full-day hire, and you don’t need to be a member to book one.

Shared & Flexible Workspace
For sole traders, remote workers and hybrid teams who need somewhere to work that isn’t the kitchen table — but don’t need a full-time office. Pay for the space you use, on the days you use it.

Training & Event Space
The large meeting room doubles as a training and event space for workshops, seminars and business mixers, with projector, whiteboards and catering-friendly access to the kitchen. Extreme Networks has run business training events out of the Carrum Downs space for years.

Both offer private lockable offices and meeting rooms with no long-term lease. The Narre Warren offices are newer and larger on average, with most getting natural light.
Can I hire a meeting room without being a member?
Yes. Meeting rooms at both locations are available to hire by the hour, half day or full day, whether or not you rent an office with us.
