Does joining cost anything or commit me to anything?
No. The list is free and there’s no obligation. If your plans change, tell us and we’ll take you off it.
How long is the wait likely to be?
It depends on the size of office you’re after and which site you choose — smaller offices tend to turn over more often. We’ll give you an honest read on timing when we call.
What’s included in a private office?
A lockable, furnished office plus business-grade internet, meeting room access, and kitchen and breakout space. On-site parking is available. At Narre Warren, it’s shared across the building and isn’t allocated. Access is Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, and the Extreme Networks IT team is on site if you need a hand.
When does the Narre Warren site open?
Early 2027, at Level 2, 4A 30–32 Verdun Drive, Narre Warren. Choosing Narre Warren on the form puts you in the queue ahead of opening.
Can I use Extreme Labs while I wait?
Yes. Meeting rooms can be hired by the hour or the day, so you can use the space for client meetings before an office becomes available.
What's parking like?
Carrum Downs has free on-site parking. Narre Warren has 27 on-site car parks shared across the building — they aren’t allocated, and they do fill on busy days. Street parking is available nearby, and arriving before about 8:30am usually gets you an all-day spot.
