A small meeting room for one-on-ones or a larger room that seats up to 30 people. Our Carrum Downs location puts you just ten minutes from Frankston, with easy access from Peninsula Link and EastLink. Free on-site parking also makes it easy for you and your clients to get in and out without the hassle of finding a parking spot.

Meeting rooms, training rooms and boardrooms are fully equipped and available at our new Narre Warren location, opening in early to mid January 2027, subject to fit-out completion. The location is convenient for businesses in Berwick, Dandenong, Cranbourne and across the City of Casey.

How much does it cost to hire a meeting room?
Rates depend on the room and the location. All meeting rooms are hired by the hour or the day in both locations.
Do I need to be an Extreme Labs member to book a room?
No. Anyone can hire a meeting room. If you rent a private office with us, meeting room access is included.
Can I hire a training room or a board room?
Yes. Our training room and boardroom are available at our Narre Warren location only. Both rooms offer flexible seating options, including theatre style, classroom style or boardroom seating around a single table. They also include a projector and whiteboards. Choose from half day, full day or multi day bookings.
What are the booking hours?
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, subject to availability.
Is parking available for my attendees?
Yes. Carrum Downs has free on-site parking. Narre Warren has 27 on-site car parks shared across the building, not allocated or guaranteed. If you’re bringing a larger group, let us know when you book and allow a little extra time, as street parking is available nearby.
